Pokemon=17
4-2-4 Garchomp MT
4 Smeargle SW
3 Stantler SW

Energy=16
2 Water Energy
1 Fire Energy
2 Electric Energy
3 Physic Energy (Metagame against Monarchy and Gallantry)
3 Fighting Energy (MetaGame against Delcatty and Blissey)
1 Grass Energy (Not many pokemon weak against)
1 Metal Energy (Not many pokemon weak against)
1 Dark Energy (Not many pokemon weak against)
2 Boost Energy

Trainers=27
3 Rare Candy
2 Bebe Search
3 Mr.Stone's Project
4 Plus Power
1 TGM
2 TGW
3 POV
2 NM
2 TVR
3 Roseanne's Research
1 Island Hermit
1 Celio's Network

Strategy- Garchomp does 110 damage for quick knock outs Garchomp. Smeargle gets me my energies according to what I need and Stantler gets my Supportors and confuses my opponents. The rest of the strategy should be very clear according to what the Trainer/Supportors do.

Nice deck idea, I've seen a few rainbow decks around and here are a few ideas. :smile:

You could switch the stantler with some spinda (SW) coupled with Roseanne's and Mr. stones could let you do 40 damage every turn starting turn 1! Plus if you get stuck going first it can always still draw 2 cards.

I'd get rid of the TGM and TGW this deck has no need for disruption really. I'd replace them with 2 scott and 2 castaway, that way you could search for any supporter you wanted instead of getting lucky and drawing it.

I'd switch the bebe's with Celio's. You don't need Bebe's because you have no EX's.

I'd also either add in 1 strength charm (Grabbable by eirlier mentioned castaway :cool:) or at least switch a pluspower with one.

Switch one :fire: for one :fighting:. :fire: weakness isn't that common and you'll need 3 :fighting: vs. Blissey

And last (But not least,) once Garchomp LV.X comes out I'd replace a Garchomp with one (But you where already planning that anyways right?)

Overall nice deck. :biggrin:

Wow! I really like your deck review on my deck. Just a few questions and statements-

[del]1.What would you rate the deck from 1-10?[/del] BJJ763 says to quote Joshman, "We don't rate decks, we fix 'em"
2. I have the Stantlers to get me the supporters so I need to keep those.
3. bebes are like celios in this deck since there are no EX and it will get out the Garchomp lvX when it comes out.
4.I will try to get some celios
5.Dont really need a Strength Charm since I have Plus Power and it would take longer to get out Strength Charm using a Castaway
6. At the moment I have no Scotts or Castaways so I will need to keep them for now until I can get some.
7.Spinda isnt needed unless I need a decoy for TGM or Absol which isn't commonly used at my league.
8. Thanks for all the help and I will keep a note of it.

1. I don't rate decks, decks are good vs. other decks and worse vs. others... It is not a rating system but more of a personal way to tell if a deck is good.

2. Scott + Castaway + draw is much better than getting the card you just got discarded by Absol... It depends on how much you see him around (I see a lot of him.)

3. You may not want to get rid of a card! Every card in your hand is one more option later on, even though it may not be good now, it may be good later. There is really no reason for having Bebe's rather than Celio's in this deck other than avalibility.

4. Good :tongue:

5. You may not be able to draw that needed pluspower, if you fight Gardilade you need two pluspower -strength charm and you may not be able to draw it.

6. Thats why it is just a suggestion, get some when you can.

7. turn 1 40 is really powerful, expecialy if you also have a pluspower or strength charm which means that you can turn 1 do 50 damage and OHKO alot of basics, even if you don't you can start hitting hard early and kill slow decks and slow starts.

8. You're welcome :biggrin: Hope you do good with this deck :thumb:

yes, Stantler are very important to this deck and so are smeargles. stants get out the supporters needed to get energy and pokemon but smeargle gets the energy in an attack meaning you can not attach on the same turn you use smeargle to get the energy. hmmm... confusing isn't it?

My 2 cents worth...
It doesn't keep with the rainbow idea but does implement energy acceleration.

Pokemon=16
4-2-4 Garchomp MT
3-3 weavile/raichu (weavile is free retreat)

Energy=16
2 Physic Energy
2 Fighting Energy
2 water
10 Dark Energy (Electric Energy if riachu is used)

Trainers=28
3 Rare Candy
4 celio
2 Mr.Stone's Project
1 castawy
2 Plus Power
2 strenght charm
2 TGW
2 stevens
1 NightMain.
4 oaks visit
3 great ball/Rosannas
2 warp point

windstorm or stadiums not needed to counter anything that would shut you down, Cess. Crystal will slow you down only if they ended up being weak too.
Castaway to get NRG and the strenght charm isntead of needed to just luck draw a plus power ever time. It also set up you next turn supporter, mostely a well timed TGW.
I would go with great ball over rosannas due to the small amout of pokemon and the great deal of supporters.
Warp points are Boss in this free retreat deck.
GL.

For a suggestion, one interesting variant of a Garchomp deck I played against used Keckleon SW. It has amazing stall potential in almost any part of the game, allowing you to set up Chomp and such. Combined with the Gible that has Oran Berry, you can attack with Keckleon and should you flip Tails, you simply put the damage counters onto Gible and watch it heal itself with the Oran Berry completely by your next turn. Very nasty and hard to overcome.

For some reason, i thought of those Skittles commercials when i saw the title of this thread.

Anyway, i'd cut the Mr.Stone's Project and the lone Team Galactic's Mars and add in 2 Steven's Advice and 2 Copycat. You don't really need the Stone's because Roseanne's does double duty at fetching energy/basics, and Night Maintenance gets back your energies/Pokémon, plus you have Smeargle fetching energy as well.

I'd also drop the single Island hermit and put in another Rare Candy.

I would type up some more, but i'm tired. I'll try to give a better post on the deck tomorrow.

Well, now that we know what it does, I recommend Togekiss GE. Maybe a 2-1-2 line or something, which could really help speed up the Energy acceleration in this deck.

Umm... lol. With Garchomp dishing out 110 EVERY turn and with proper set-up, Blissey licks Garchomp's feet. Garchomp is an extremely under-rated card. Lot's of potential and even more upcoming with the new Lv X. Kudo's to someone thinking outside the box. d(>.<)b

That is the Reason I am running Garchomp. I have beaten a few BlissCatty decks with this. Everyone underestimates this type of deck. I will try to do this-

-2 bebe
+2 celio

-1 Island hermit
+1 rare candy
