The only good news is that Garchomp can't bring back LV.X pokemon. Though I don't know WHY you'd ever want to do that.

Because we want some fast Leafeon on the battlefield :thumb:.

The Charizard was an example because it's a stupid card that takes insane energy to kill one poke.
I think Chomp won't be slow because you can work around everything and Yes I was thinking Sally PK myself.

I think it's a great card, though I probably wont be running it. I'm trying my hand at speed decks (8 poke decks.)

It dose open up a lot of opportunity to play Pokemon that would other wise be ignored because normally it would take too much time to set up. Or if you really want to you can bring back a Blissey and have fun with it. ^^
