In Gardevoir LV.X's Bring Down attack, can I choose from my opponents Pokemon or do I have to include mines as well? For example, say I have the Pokemon that has the lowest HP, does my Pokemon get knocked out? Or can I choose to KO my opponents Pokemon with their lowest HP (regardless of the fact that I had the pokemon with the lower HP)?
 
It would KO your pokemon if it has the lowest HP. It KO's the pokemon OF ALL THE POKEMON IN PLAY with the lowest hp, that includes yours.
 
There have been many threads in the "Ask The Masters" on this where several of the "Masters" have answered this. If one of your Pokemon on your side of the field, excluding Gardevior Lv.X, has the lowest HP, then your Pokemon with the lowest HP would be KOed and your opponent takes a prize. If both you and your opponent each have a Pokemon with the same HP remaining and neither has an effect on it protecting it from effects, then the player using "Bring Down" gets to choose which one gets KOed.
