I would change the following:
All the Ralts should be out of Sandstorm.
-3 Kirlia (two too much and another one)
-1-2 Mewtwo EX
-1 CC
-1 Fan Club
-2 Birch
-2 Warp
-1 Psychic
-3 Potion

+ 2 Wynaut (must max out... 1st Turn Wynaut is the best beginning)
+ 1 Dunsparce (better than Fab Club)
+ 1-2 Rare Candy
+ 3 Boost (Use for Gardy EX (Turn 2 60), Gardy (if you have to attach with it), Wobby (if evolved from Wynaut)
+ 1 Research (I like it more than CC...)
+ 1 TV Reporter
+ 2 Warp Point
+ 3 Oran Berry (you aren´´t using other Tools anyway)



Perhaps someone who is more familiar with Gardevoir can make a better fix....
