So I got some help from KingGengar this morning and made some last minute changes to my deck. I was playing Scarface.dec (lucario and machamp). Friday was my last day of school and I did nothing after school and got like...11 hours of sleep so I was well rested and ready.
Round 1 vs. Jake with Salamence ex DX/d and Atlaria ex d
He flips over a bagon and I was thinking...I can still go 4-1. His whole deck had resistance and I had taken out my crystal shard this morning. I even lent 3 of my 4 cursed stones to evan so I thought I was done. Well I lucksacked like crazy. At one point I had a lone machop active with an energy. He had out a salamence ex DX active with 80 on it. So I attached a plus power and copycatted. I hit the PK Machamp, Rare Candy, Energy to smack for 80 and the KO. Last turn I had 2 prizes left and he had 1. Time was called. I knew I would have the right damage on 2 of his exes to be able to aura sphere either one for the win. I could't do it because of time. So obviously I used dynamic punch with 2 plus powers, a strength charm and a heads ftw.

btw, the reason I was getting so lucky all day was because of my new good luck charm (a worn down piplup)
Round 2 vs. michael behanna with salamence ex...wow
So he opens with umbreon* and me with machop. I had energy, plus power and castaway. So I'm like sweet I win. So I go to castaway for my strength charm and it's prized....thanks piplup. but he gets nothing on the bench so i win it next turn so piplup worked anyway.

Round 3 vs. idk who with empolelutions...
She got a quick empoleon and I was just hitting with basics. I got up a lucario finally and KOd the empoleon and did 20 to the jolteon ex on the bench. She brought up the Jolteon for some reason, but I wasn't complaining. So I KO the jolteon and hit her piplup on the bench for 20 and yeah she had nothing after that. She did eventually KO lucario I think, but I had another one, and she was cess locked a lot.

Round 4 vs. kid that borrowed 3 luxrays from me before the tournament with luxray and empoleon
U don't remember what happened very well, but even though he had all luxray stuff in the beginning and it all had weakness he made good plays to stay offensive. He lightning starred for 80 to a lucario and didn't knock it out which was good. I just kept getting up machamps and lucarios ftw.

Round 5 vs. Mike "the mike" Reynolds (I've decided that's his nickname now) with infernape
Woo hoo I'm 4-0. But now I'm gonna lose cuz I'm playing the mike. He was really pwning a lot in the beginning. he used all 4 DREs by T6 or something crazy like that. A lucario hurt him a bit because of the 90 HP (infernape w/DRE doesnt OHKO me). He just upstreamed for the KO though. Next turn I KO his delcatty with revenge. I really thought I was gonna lose for a while. I had 3 prizes to his 1 at one point. ?He blitzed a machamp and didn't get the KO. Then I KO'd the Infernape with aura sphere and hit his bench for a KO on the PK delcatty. Cursed stone had his Jirachi DX at 50 so he had to win that turn. He went for the meteor punch and I was like this will be so epic if you his 5 heads or something. He didn't get it, but it was still epic that I went 5-0.

So I was the only 5-0 and I was happy. Top cut was:

1 CK (me) vs. Kevin Nance (magnezone)

All I really have to say is Kevins the best pokemon player on the planet. Even though I was going pretty fast he still managed to set up insanely well both games. Both times he had a magnezone with at least 6 :metal: energy on it (at least 3 of the damage reducing kind) with gardevoir EM on the bench, 2 metagross DX on the bench a PK delcatty and another magnezone. It was a slay both times. The deck is soooooooo good. I couldn't do anything after he was set up and smacking for 100+ damage.
I was happy anyways. I just started playing this year and at my first tournament I lost every game with some random deck that I had that was really bad. My ratings should get a huge boost now.
