Ok, I'm in need of a deck for cities... actually I just need help picking one to use. Can you guys help?

I've actually thought about changing my Stadiums to this. So I guess I will now. Is 2x Scott needed in here? I guess for consistency 2 is good. Do I not need any d Raibow Energy? Thanks for the help CardRaider.
 
This sort of discussion is best suited for single cards and strategies... since your aim isn't to help your lists.
