As we all know, the first set for the PTCG came out in 1996 (I think). When Base Set came out, everyone's favorite card was Charizard. 120 HP, 100 damage, Energy Burn...You get the idea. It was one of the top cards in the game at that time.
Now we move into another generation, where the game has changed ever since that simple little set. A new favorite card is born. That card is named Blaziken. It's a holographic with a powerful Pokemon Power called Firestarter.
It's been a while since I have shown a deck that brings two completely different generations together and make a worthwhile deck to play. The deck you are about to see is going to be strange so if your eyes are easily burned by odd looking decks, then I suggest you turn away right now
Generations Unite
-=Pokemon (20)=-
3 Charmander- Team Rocket
2 Charmelion- Base Set
3 Charizard- Base Set
3 Torchic- whichever one you want
2 Combusken- whichever one you want
3 Blaziken- R/S (Firestarter)
2 Skitty- SS
2 Delcatty- R/S (Holo)
-=Energy (18)=-
18 Fire Energy
-=Trainers (22)=-
4 Professor Oak/Oak's Research
3 Pokemon Trader
3 Pokemon Breeder
3 Super Potion
3 Gust of Wind
3 Switch
3 Town Volunteers
Well, by now, you should know the strategy. It's to get a Charizard and a Blaziken set up. Charge up a Charizard, use Fire Spin, and then use Firestarter to charge up another Charizard. Send that one out, and repeat.
