Gengar/Kingdra

I heard about this deck being good and I was wondering what the pokemon lines were like and which kingdra was being more used between the la one and his prime brother. I know that the gengar is the fainting spell gengar from stormfront. So yeah what would a basic skeleton list of this deck be like and can someone explain me what the strategy of this deck is and what are his matchups like?

An awesome guy named Michael has won two of Bentonville, Arkansas' Battle Roads with KingGar.
You use all Kingdra Primes, and, as Radical has explained, Spray Splash sprites, making them prime targets for Shadow Room, getting you a KO.
Both Pokemon are low-energy, fast stage twos that can be up and running in just a few turns.
If played and built correctly, KingGar can be a really great deck.

The energy would be psychic and water the amounts would depend on how each of your pkmn lines look like. calls and or rescue energy (since both attackers only take one energy to charge back up) would be in there too. Seeker would be good for this same reason and it lets you reuse spray splash. Pokemon communication and energy exchanger would be good in this deck. Other than that just our every day bebes/collector/BTS/candy/handshufffle draw works.
