It's supposedly coming out with Advent Arceus... Two sets from now. As for what it does, there's no 'for certain' translation, just a lot of speculation.

Hey that is my thread! (LOL) Anyways it will suppsedly be in our November set which is all we know other than it releases in Japan in 4 and a half days called the Advent of Arceus. (July 8th) No one knows if the translations that where given on Page 4 (there is a link by someone) of my thread are true but otherwise we know for sure he will have 140 hp, free retreat, 20 C resistance, 30+ Dark weakness, a power and one attack that doesn't do damage which means it can be another sniper.
