It usually comes down to how many Fainting Spells and how usefull they are for me

Ok, here's my stategy. Use crobat G's flash bite attack in addition to Gengar's shadow room attack to knock out benched pokemon (like uxie, azelf, claydol, and other crobat Gs). As you do this, rely on gengar's fainting spell poke-power to knock out kingdra.

Another idea would be to use poke-blower+ in your deck. This helps you get kingdra out of the way, and allows you to pick at either it on the bench or whatever you choose as your opponent's active. Also, against kingdra, looker's investigation is a good card to play.
