Stratégie:
Every Basic is a good start, as Uxie can 60 T2, Gengar 30/60 T1, and 30x T2, Dusknoir might not be has effective, but it's still a good starter (probably better with the Shiny Duskull) and Sableye I think is a good donker.

I am playing this deck right now, but my list is really diferent.

I would drop:

4 Sableye
3 Dark
4 PokeRadar
3 Oak Visit
1 Dusknoir
1 Gastly
1 Gengar

And add:

1 Azelf
1 Baltoy
1 Claydol
1 Dusknoir DP
2 Wager
2 Cyntias Feelings
4 PokeDrawer
2 MoonLight
1 Purple energy
2 Warp Point

Try that out.
