Celebi will be available as a character download at the Pokemon Black Version & White Version Mall tour, but if you aren’t able to stop by the tour all is not lost. You will also be able to get the character download at Gamestop stores from February 21st through March 6th. For complete details check out the story at the Pokemon.com site.
