Getting a trainer card out of my discard pile and into my hand?

I was wondering if there was a way to get a trainer card out of my discard pile into my hand (poketurn). The only way i've found so far is raticate G. I'm running a SP deck, and i'm open to all options.

misdreavus can get back trainers on a flip. and porygon z g can get back tools but they go to the deck.

Marley's request is ok. Your opponent gets to choose, but it's not much of a choice if they have to choose poketurn or energy gain

I need a way to get poke-turn back into my hand. I'm sorry I didn't make that clear in the first post so...

If you're adamant about putting such a card in, maybe you should look into Drifblim SF. It can get back any one card from your discard, helps you set up, and in SP decks, works as a Mewtwo counter but not really.
