getting fossils out of the discard pile

What are pokemon and trainers that allow you to get fossils out of the discard pile? I'm looking right now but can only find holon farmer.

They are only basic pokemon when they are in play, so Holon Farmer would NOT retrieve those 'trainer cards' from the discard. Sorry.

However, a card like Celebi ex, or Minun could retrieve them from the discard.
