I think a 4/3 Wobb line is almost necessary in this type of deck. So is a 3/2 Gardy/ex line. My fix0r:

18
4 Raltz
2 Kirlia
3 Gardevoir
2 Gardevoir ex
4 Wynaut
3 Wobbuffet

16
12 Psychic Energy
4 Boosy Energy (Maybe -1 Boost for another psy)

26
4 TV Reporter
4 Rare Candy
4 Pokemon Reversal (You *need* to take out the Blaze ex and/or Rayquaza ex A.S.A.P. or you lose)
4 Professor Oak's Research
3 CopyCat
3 Crystal Shard
2 Switch/Warp Point (I still think it works in this deck)
1 Mirage Stadium *MAD TECHAGE*
1 Town Volunteers

Hear's a hint. Do not use Wobbeffet and Wynaut. Use dunsparce and linoone with seek out. I use this type of gardevoir deck and always win against other gardevoir decks, while beating blazekin decks along with it. Dunsparce is the way to go. It is much faster. Using it with a lot of draw power and mabye linoone with seek out, it can doo some major damage!

There my $0.02
