This is a spread and lock deck involving eeveelutions and Abomasnow.

2-2-1 Glaceon RR Lv X
1-1 Espeon MD
1-1 Umbreon MD
0-1 Umbreon UD
2-2 Abomasnow SV
4 Sableye SF
2 Uxie LA
18

3 Bebe's Search
2 Judge
2 Pokemon Collector
3 Cyrus's Initiative
4 Team Rocket's Trickery
1 Palmer's Contribution
1 Luxury Ball
1 Premier Ball
3 Pokemon Communication
3 Energy Exchange Unit
4 Super Scoop Up
2 Expert Belt
3 Broken Time Space
32

6 Water Energy
2 DCE
2 SP Dark
10

Strategy is to start disrupting early with Sableye impersonating judge, cyrus initiative, team rocket etc. while I am setting up Glaceon. Lock powers, spread damage and use Glaceon's Ice Bind attack to lock the opponent. Spread damage with Abomasnow and lock the opponent with his second attack when you evolve him. Espeon MD for more HP on my eeveelutions, Umbreon MD for free retreat and no weakness, Umbreon UD for walling when needed

I am wondering if I should try to fit in Weavile UD in here for more disruption and maybe even a Chatot G. If I do i will probably have to take out the Abomasnow line though

I think you should try a 2-2-2 Vileplume UD in there for trainer lock too. Glaceon and trainer lock will put the hurt for your opponent literally XD, locking powers, trainer locking them, using the ice bind for a parylize if not discarding is serioulsy annoying for your opponent. If you want to do a trainer lock for the start also then you should add spiritomb ARX4 in there for early trainer locking while you use Darkness grace to set up glaceons and other pokes. But if you want to just have early locking and then use trainers for later and not have all game trainer lock as is with vileplume then get rid of him and just go Spiritomb ARX4. If you do both piritomb AR and vileplumes then thin down the trainers and up supporters, after you trainer lock them and with glaceon lock too your opponent will serioulsy hate you XD

they both spread. just one is better than the other at it. and i wasn't sure if he intended to use MT for its body to lock the opponent's active in place

Spiritomb is better than Sableye here.
Glaceon X is a stage 1level X, so you need 2-3 turns to play.
Spiritomb lock the opponent (spacially SP) and evolve your eevee, pretty good.
