No, don't just wait. If you see zero point matches, ask questions.
With such large events, help the TO help you.
Alert them to the issue.
Bear in mind that it wasn't malicious and don't worry about who's "fault" it is.
Just give the info Nopoke outlines and help get it fixed.

Well I think you have to wait 48 hours anyway.
in the 0 point situation I would ask, but when your points don't update in 2 hours it's not some big deal.
When I click on the event it shows my name and not the uploaded results.
o well. it may be just slow lol..

The event shows up almost immediately after it is uploaded. Ratings however don't change until the next ratings run which is typically once per day.

If you see a zero for points gained or lost and you know that the opponent was in the same age category then you should contact the TO because until either you or the affected opponent make contact no one will be any the wiser. TOs have a record of who played as they have access to the original TOM files, they can also see who played who on the OP website but cannot see any personal information or the change in points.

HomeofMew: I'm talking about the specific situation of seeing zero points in one match, not if the entire event is not updated yet.

It is not a complaint to point out an error. It is a complaint when you have to point out an error multiple times and there is no action taken. Big difference.

I always thought that complaining was usually associated with disagreeing with someone in a way that they could see that your either upset about it or it is going to annoying them in some fashion because it is usually something that someone did wrong.
