The strategy of this deck is to quickly level up your pokemon. Have some energy accel with Felicities+Energy Pickup. spread damage around. Then when you have 4 Fire on Mag X, use his godly attack, auto 130 with burn, and discard 2 fire. Heatran X puts them right back on him thanks to his power. Palkia allows you to switch out MOrtar, switch, and do it again, wash-rinse-repeat!
The other energy accelerator I am looking at is Rayquaza+Stark. It might be more reliable than Energy Pickup so I might go with that.
Bubble Coat is a MUST, you will auto lose to Kingdra if it isn't in this.
The lower energy count is because of how you can cycle energy back, and heatran X basically makes it so that you never lose energy accept at the start of the game in when you reteat, which energy pickup is their for(if u flip heads
)
Heatran LA-will not be taken out for Pop 8 Heatran, it may have the lower weakness but it doesn't complment the deck and heatran X.
