Good-bye fishy

I've named this deck good bye fishy because I believe that once Lumineon/ Mismagius rotation begins the best any one can hope for is to be able to say good bye fishy.

Except for a slow start, my guess is about 1 of 4 this deck should come together by turn 4 or 5 at the latest even with the loss of a pokemon or 2.

Pokemon 21

Lumineon SF 2 - 2
Mismagius SF 2 - 2
Dusknoir (2 DP 1SF) 3 - 3 - 3 - 1
Azelf LA 2 - 1

Supporters 9

Bebe’s 4
Rosanne’s 3
Prof. Rowan 2

Trainers 10

Time Space Distortion 2
Pokeradar 2
Luxury ball 1
Dusk ball 3
Rare Candy 2

Stadiums 3

Lake Boundary 1
Moonlight Stadium 2

Energy 17

Psychic 9
Water 5
Multi 3

Strategy

The goal is to have Lumineon, Dusknoir, and Mismagius active.

A - Primary attack is Mismagius's Horror Chant attack 40 + if opponent has 4 or more benched pokemon choose 1 of them and return it and all cards attatched to it to your opponents hand
B - Lumineon's Fin Luster pokepower to look at your opponent's hand and if their bench isn't full bring a basic pokemon of your choosing from their hand to their active... Then retreat Lumineon for free.
C - DP Dusknoir's Dark Palm pokepower if opponent has 4 or more benched pokemon choose 1 of them and shuffle it and all cards attatched to it into your opponents deck.

Having SF Dusknoir and LvX to give bigger damage.
LA Azelf to prize search and Lv X to give no weakness for psychics as well as some sniping potential of it's own.

*** Is this a good idea?
Any changes... I think I should have a few warp points or switches?

Strategies B and C could be interchangable order and of course the attack would be last.

I think it can keep evolution down and keep the battle against opponent's basics or underpowered stage one or candied stage 2's

i don't think that dusknoir is needed in the deck. you should turn those spots into stuff that can help you with your speed problems, such as putting in a 2-2 Claydol or Uxie lv.x line, some Buck's Training, and some Cynthia's. Just a thought.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I will try Claydols though I believe that DP Dusknoir and Lv X are needed, perhaps more than Mismagius as filling the bench and sending and sending an energized and/or evolved pokemon back to the deck is more helpful than back to the hand. Duskull with reaper cloth helps with speed somewhat.

Need: 3-4x Wager.

As your opponent can and will get rid of those basic pokémons from his/her hand.

Also, you might consider the promo Dusknoir, as it allows you to look at your opponent's hand with it's power.

 no claydols!!!! Kind of like the idea.
:clap::clap::clap:
what may need is speed.
(not to be rude.) ツタ
I agree every deck so far is running claydols, just like last season everyone was playing (if not bashing then playing )GG this very orginal , to speed it up use exeggucute from LA to get the psychics to the field faster or to the bench faster

Thank you

I am not anti-Claydol and will give them a try, but I like to be different.

Exeggcute will help and Eggecutor should help too.

Remember: Normal is a relative term unless you are talking about your own relatives then nothing is normal.

I say drifblim or furret that would speed it up as well.

Furret secret wonders
Drifblim stormfront

NORMAL WHERE !!!

Thank you,

I am currently trying the Drifblim and had good luck with Furrett. Uxie had done OK but I would probably take out Mismagius for it and maybe make it an AMU with Dusknoir/Finneon tech if I were to go in that direction.

Normal is not a place though there are places named normal.

Being "normal" whether in actions, ranges of numbers such as body functions and even mechanical things. May be different for each individual (person, machine, or strategy) even the seemingly identical.

When we look at our relatives in comparison with ourselves or others what we see many times does not fit into our ideal of what is normal.

Have you thought about Cyclone Energy? If they have a big bad beast active, you can push it back to the bench and have it ready for the shuffle in. Good for when their bench is full/no basics in hand. Also, no warp points?

I am working on another deck Idea with Lumineon/Machamp it is still quite rough but comming along

I find it difficult to test fishy well as anyone (my son) who knows about it keeps a short bench so I may lean toward the Machamp combo.

cyclone will find a place with fishy

Update:

Played Good night fishy today at Caribou, ME City Championship.

Decided to loose rowan and 2 of the multi energies putting in a 2-2 Claydol.
(it just wasn't fast enough with other changes I had tried)
Changed as well was no poke radar and no Lake boundary, added Warp points.

Before the start I put a whoopin on a T-tar.

first round a Lucario/Breloom was Fin Lustered then a double Dark Palm (it was so cool)

second round had a little trouble with Heatran/Steelix/Bastidon/Metagross deck

third round wore down a Electravire/Raichu deck

fourth round lost to a Blissey/Garchomp with a Weavile

Top 2 advanced and rematched the Blissey 2-0 fairly quickly for the win.

Good Night Fishy wins Caribou, ME City Championship.

Thanks for reading
Take care
