What would be some overall, good techs(trainers, supporters, tools, stadium cards) in the current format? I know they depend on what deck you are using but overall what would be the best to put in a deck for consistency and overall better game play?

From what I have read these seem to be the best currently:
Expert Belt
Pokemon Collector
Pokedrawer
Luxury Ball
Quick Ball
Bebe's Search
Junk Arm

Again, from what I have read these seem to be the worst:
Bill
Mom's kindness
Energy Search
Potiion
Full Heal

And I am talking about techs cards best overall. Not SP techs.

Tier 1: (used in almost every deck)

Pokemon Collector, Bebe's Search, Pokemon Communication, Luxury Ball, Junk Arm

Tier 2: (used in many decks, but not needed for all)

Pokedrawer, Premier Ball, Super Scoop up, Expert Belt, Seeker, Judge, Twins, Vs Seeker, Looker's Investigation, Professor Oak's New Theory, Copycat

Broken Time-Space, Rare Candy (used in almost all evolution decks)
Cyrus' Conspiracy/Poketurn/Energy Gain/SP Radar/Power Spray (used in heavy counts for SP Decks)

Tier 3: (rarely used, or used specifically for one type of deck)

-Everything else (I feel like Quick ball belongs here too, as it's only used in Uxie Donk and not much else)

Hope I helped!

Wait, how is Junk Arms so good? I thought it was only THAT good in Gyarados deck.

It's great in any deck, I always want to put at least 1 in all my decks, It gives the extra Luxury ball, or rare candy. Plus it lowers your hand sizes so you can draw big with Uxie drops

Don't forget Palmer's Contribution (Tier 1) and Aaron's Collection (SPs only).

I think Seekers is pretty much Tier 1 these days too.
