Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Goodbye BeNeLux Cup, welcome European Challenge Cup 2011

Haha I wish I could drop $800 on airfare and more on a hotel to hit up a European event. It would be so fun since I speak French. Maybe one day I'll be able to come back!

I have to say you are very ambitious, trying to gather 600 players under one roof. I let you all know that we Finns highly support this idea and will have a qualifier tournament which costs 10€. Top 2 players will get travel awards to ECC tournament which makes it easier to travel AND collect other people from same leagues to come with them. Right now I know about 10 Finns who have talked about coming to your tournament even without travel support.

I would like to encourage other TO:s around Europe to make these kinds of qualifier events. In MTG this is the way they have been doing it for years and at least here in Finland it works pretty well.

See you all in Arnhem!

This is awesome, Tomi already told me about this finnish qualifier. I'm looking forward to see the Finns again:wink: (you better bring Esa with you as well!)

^This. Id love to follow the coverage from my Iphone/PC all the way from Australia...

I agree with David... Col is the worst set ever.

Word.

Too sad that such a great event could suffer from both Lost World in metagame and Call of Legends as prizes. I doubt there will be anything done about the first problem in time, but at least the second could be solved easily.
