PS, to avoid a mistake somebody made once about the binder: the one I'm after is the 3-ring binder, sized for 9-card sheets.

(There was apparently a much smaller-sized one made in Japan that used the same image, but only allowed 4 cards per page, and had a fabric/elastic strap across it-- that's not the one.)
