How about 1x Steelix ex, 4x Double Colorless Energy, and 2x Scott for your Lugia ex?

Eah, I would probably do the Steelix for something like Blastoise and some lesser ex. Make an offer? I'm not picky.
FYI, I just got another Steelix...so I have x2 now! (I really want that Espeon)
