it's just an interesting idea after looking at Accelgor DR..
Accelgor – Grass – HP90
Stage 1- Evolves from Shelmet

[G] Haymaker: 20 damage.
[C][C] Strike and Fade: 50 damage. The opponent’s Active Pokemon is now Poisoned and Paralyzed. Return this Pokemon and all cards attached to it to your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 0
7/69

4-4 Accelgor DR
2-2-2 Gothitelle EP
2-2 Dodrio UD
4 Spiritomb AR
2 Uxie LA
1 Azelf LA
1 Unown Q MD
Pokemon 26

3 Celio’s Network
4 Pokemon Collector
4 Copycat
2 Professor Oak’s New Theory
2 Scoop Up
4 Broken Time-Space
4 Item Finder
1 VS Seeker
2 Mr. Britney’s Compassion
T/S/S 26

4 DCE
4 Boost Energy
Energy 8

get Accelgor out in the active with Gothitelle and Dodrio on the bench, then attack with DCE or Boost to deal 50 and do Poison and Paralyze every turn and returning it to deck. then move Gothitelle to the active so that it's ability will trainer lock opponent during opponent turn, preventing opponent to switch to eliminate the Poison and Paralyze or gust my pokemon out. Dodrio make gothitelle free retreat to get another accelgor to repeat the cycle. Mr. Britney’s Compassion to get Gothitelle back to hand to play it down again with BTS when it receive too much damage.

Why even bother with Goth when you already have Spiritomb? I'd drop the whole Goth/Drio line and add in some warp energy to get out of bad shelmet starts(also gives you an extra "retreat" with spiritomb to use trainers and whatnot) probably another unown Q and/or 1-2 moonlight stadiums. You probably will have 1-2 shelmet always on your bench, so BTS wont be necessary for all game. Level Ball would also be good, seeing as all your pokes have <90 HP.

I would play this with Spiritomb and Muk (Fossil), they gust up Muk, you can make Spiritomb active.
You could also try Cessation Crystal and Fluffy Berry w/ Castaway. Dusnsparce (Sandstorm) would make a great addition to this deck.
Accelgor is nice, but you could easily be playing something like Ariados (Unseen Forces) with Beedrill (Skyridge) or a deck based on Beedrill (GE).
