I still haven't finished testing this deck thoroughly so I won't say too much about your trainer lines as there may be a few different engines that work, I do find it very strange that a build with 4 PETM runs no Pichu and only 3 Rare Candy. You should also consider swapping 1 or 2 of the Psychic energies for DCE, it may not power up Madkinesis like Psychic does but it does help speed up your first Gothitelle of the game if you draw into it. I don't see any use a 2-2 Dodrio line will give you that a 3rd Switch won't; 4 deck spots as well as space on the bench for an effect that isn't too important for this deck anyway.

Your Goth/Reuniclus lines terrify me. In this format you want at least 3 Solosis (Catcher/Yanmega/Kingdra). Goth line could be thicker too, 4-2-3 is more consistent then what you have, 4-2-4 is even more consistent again (especially if your Rare Candy count is 4). 4-3-4 isn't a bad play too if your anticipating trainer lock.
