I have a grand party how much is it worth?

its a japanese promo card (trainer) that has articuno, zapdos, and moltres, along with a pokeball with the date 1999-2000 and the words "grand party" on it. i think it was an old prize card or invitation to a tournament. it used to go for a lot, but now, i think its about $25-$30. i could be wrong though. personally, i'm keeping mine .

At Worlds 2004, which was not long ago at all, I was immediately offered $50 for one of mine, so that says something =)
