Great Ball.

I apologize if this is a simple question, but I couldn't find a ruling in the Compendium X for it, so I figured I'd ask. Great Ball allows a player to grab a Basic Pokemon from the deck, and does not include the text "(Excluding Lvl. X)". Does this mean that Great Ball can be used to grab a Basic Lvl. X, such as Mewtwo, Azelf, Uxie, etc.?

There is no such thing as a Basic Level X card.
All Level X cards are "Level Up" cards.
Go take a look and compare it to a Basic card.
