Great Rocket's Mewtwo (GB2)

When me and a few friends were hanging out at our locals, a man walked in with a huge binder full of cards and let us have them for free. In the binder, I found this card. I looked it up on bulbapedia, and it says it was japanese promo, never released in the US. Is this card worth something? Thanks in advance.
