Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Groundbreakers

I got the starter set from this set today at WalMart, but there were no "boosters"...

I really hope that
A) Figures don't break so easily. I have 3 Ho-Oh, and 2 are broken, one having broken inside the box.
B) That there are more visibles or none at all, so that you can get all the set without having to pay money for fifty million Zangoose. Which, admittedly, is a good figure...

There's also NEW STATUS AILMENTS! Asleep and Confused.

So what is up with this set?

PUI has not announced it in anyway, I also haven't seen any starter sets (of course no boosters) in Walmart. I think its obvious this set was delayed since wasn't its release date last week? a few starter sets did indeed leak in a few walmarts but the actual set seems to have been delayed.

We found starter sets last week at KB Toys at the mall and then we saw them again yesterday at TRU. Just starter sets though - no new boosters.

This set looks really cool. I have one of the starter sets and am hoping to get the other one soon. In the rule book it mentions special movement types, and shows a picture of a figure with a 4 MPs straight, which seems to indicate a figure you can move 4 dots per turn, but can only move in a straight line. It said that rules for movement abilities would be listed on the bottom of the figure. Unfortunately, it does not show the rest of the dial, so what figure it is is unclear. However, this could be gamebreaking for stopping 3 MP characters from rushing your entry point and beating you, because you can move straight from the bench to the goal. This could help balance out going first, as you would not have to worry about a 3 MP figure that moves first turn, you simply send out your own threat.

It's Linoone.

Just a thought:

Confused Latios is almost impossible to KO
Confused Latias is just waiting for death

I hope A pokemon has an attack that confuses everything around it. I'd confuse my Latios x3 and swarm for a ton of surround KOs.
