Introduction- You know what a lock-deck is. A deck that stops your Opponent from doing something that can be vital to the game- e.g.- Poké-Bodies, having a hand (lol), and others. This lock deck focuses on stopping Poké-Powers with Grumpig. It has Psychic Lock (remember Gardevoir?), which stops your Opponent from using Poké-Powers for a turn.

The Breakdown

POKéMON

Grumpig

Essential to the deck. Fire Psychic Locks to stop Poké-Powers. Its second attack is decent, too. Spoink LA is the best choice, IMO.

Weavile

Obvious choice is obvious. Fire Claw Snag, Seeker, BTS, Claw Snag, SSU, so on.... I chose the LA Sneasel because Rob could hurt your Opponent early game, especially SP (No E-Gain, Belt, Damage Porter).

Pichu

I know what you're thinkin- Pichu in a lock deck?!?! Here's the answer- if you can't get out Garchomp in time, have Pichu use Playground, then Retreat or get KO'd, and bring up Grumpig to attack.

Bouffalant

Garchomp revenge killer. 'nuff said.

Garchomp C Lv. X

The main attacker, and I'm sure you know the drill.

Uxie LA

Threw in the Lv. X for extra draw power.

Trainers

Cyrus' Initiative

Great disruption, staple in Lock Decks.

Seeker

Pick up Weavile or Uxie. SSU serves the same purpose.

Lost Remover

If you're lucky, you can stop your Opponent from attacking for a turn.

I'm sure you know what the rest are for.

Matchups
Since I don't have RS on me, and I'm 600 miles away from my house, these are just estimated guesses.

LuxChomp- Slighty Unfavorable to Slightly Favorable
In this matchup, you HAVE to be fast or you stand no chance. Hope they have a 'Chomp X in their hand, discard it with Claw Snag, and hope they were running a 3-1 line. If you don't the OP can snipe some of your most vital Pokémon.

VileGar- Unfavorable
Pretty much the only thing you can do in this matchup is stop Uxies. If you use Playground with Pichu, and go back to Grumpig, you have a chance.

Jumpluff- Moderately Favorable
Garchomp can OHKO Hoppips and Skiplooms, and Grumpig can manipulate your Opponent with Psychic Manipulation.

DialgaChomp- Cruelly Unfavorable
Might as well scoop in this situation.

Gyarados- Even to Slightly Favorable
Start off with Sneasel, and disrupt the Belts. Play a Lost Remover, and get rid of the Rescue. Then go for the 2HKO with 'Chomp.

Lemme see if I'm saying this right...

Go to the gallery, get the card from the set you want, right click on it, go to Properties, use the link there, and then put it in brackets with
.

Also, I'd recommend at least 3 DCE.

EDIT: Nvm
