Guitar Hero Hardest Songs You've Completed

GH80'S: ALL
GHAS: ALL
GH3: all par DF

GHOT: it only has 4 buttons... why would i bother with that?

i think the DF song should have been 'my spirit will go on' much better.

i waws really annoyed with TTFAF, i play realy guitar and know for a fact that that sic intro is keyboard! to be exact its the keyboared in acoustic guitar voice. but either way it isnt guitar. i would have hoped that the songs could at least be accurate. like before solo, those sort of brushes up and down the neck, thats keybored as well.

plus something else that is really gimp; i can play most of TTFAF on guitar, but the guitar hero expert one bumps me on the intro... how does that work?

I'm not sure it's keyboard. You see, DragonForce can not play live! they have one HECK of an excellent studio! They fixed that song up so good, that I could believe that they made the guitar sound similar to a Keyboard when they were covering the suckyness up.
 
Just beat Knights of Cynodia on expert. It actually was easier then I thought it was going to be....

Now I'm stuck on Before I forget... >_> Stupid bridge... blehh

Got board with that so I for some dumb reason tried TTFAF on expert in practice mode and actually got 60% of the notes. lol Now my fingers hurt. -_-

With before i forget you may want to try sliding your fingers for the bridge(and using sp)

I actually was trying that and it seemd to work a little better. I know this sounds dumb, but for that maybe wearing winter gloves would help for that part making it easier to slide back and forth.

That doesn't sound dumb at all. One of the guys that supposedly FC'd TTFAF used lotion to lubricate the buttons. Gloves seem like a better choice to me, they wont mess up your guitar. :lol:



It's official I CAN get through the intro on TTFAF with 1 hand. I officially PWN every single one of you Guitar Hero n00bs. [/jerk-ish boasting]

trust me, for 2 reasons:
1) i have learnt most of this song on real guitar, i cba to learn the solo bit
2) i saw DF at download, they don't have the effect peddals live, but they can still play their songs!

i also researched the synth. part, it is undoubtedly the keyboard player on that intro. you can also tell with your ears because:
1) the sound is acoustic, it's too tappy to actually be acoustic
2) the chords that sound over the top are doubled up!
3) DF don't do song parts in more than an 8th beat without effects peddals on.

I got 344k I think.... I knew I was going to get beat in the score, but can you get through the intro with 1 hand? It's not really that hard once you KNOW what the notes are....:lol:

I managed to get about half way, then started really missing the notes.

yeah, I'm stuck on that song too, The bridge is OMG impossible i know the pattern to it I just can't move my hands fast enough to catch all the notes

its easy, just move your hands up and down back and forewards then up one higher on the forth... just pretend that it doesn't matterwhat it shows.
 
I have beaten Through the Fire and Flames on expert!! Woot woot I am best on this thread!

...okay, so I put a rubber band around the green button, but I still beat it...
 
CHEATER!! No, not really. The hardest thing I can do is get through ttfaf on medium, or getting perfect on Radio Song, again on medium.

Surfin with the Alien by Joe Satriani
For the Love of God by Steve Vai
Soothsayer by Buckethead
Heroes of Our Time by Dragonforce
Operation Ground and Pound by Dragonforce

I cannot beat Revolution Deathsquad by Dragonforce yet.

And in case anyone doesn't know, these are all recent Download songs for the 360 and PS3. I got them for the 360, and they fun, and challenging. I recommend to anyone with either system, to download these songs.

i still think my spirit will go on would have been the best dragonforce song for the game
