Slow isn't bad.
Because people are using to many "speed" decks they simply forgotten "the other way to play".
And yes I would like 3 points if the list is worth it.

this card is the main powerhouse of most charlizard decks useing it afterburrner pokepower to cont to place a discared engery back on your main attacking charlizard along with a ninetails for roast reavel to keep a hand

In this, Numel is your Starter for the obvious reason of Draw. The discard helps to set up your later fire Starter from Typhlosion.
Typhlosion quickly refurbishes Reshirams while putting a little damage on them so their cheap attack hits a bit harder. Typhlosion also helps Magnezone's attack as it lets you attach extra Energy per turn.
Lanturn is to help with any Donphan or fire decks you may face since it can change from Lightning to Water type for a turn.
Ultimately every turn you want to play as many cards as you possibly can and then drop Professor Juniper to give you a fresh 7. This is going to make the deck extra fast and very consistent. Pokegear 3.0 help you dig out your Junipers when you don't draw into them.
