Hey guys here's another gyarados deck but the last tournament before nats is the BR and i'm taking this to the BR i need help to see what i can change. Feel free to say your opinion.:thumb:

Pokemons: 20

Gyarados-3
Magikarp-4
Sableye-3
Regice-2
Uxie-2
Azelf-2
Unown q-2
Ditto-1
Mew (prime)-1

Energys: 7

Warp-3
Rescue-4

Trainers/Supporters/stadiums: 33

Luxury ball-1
Vs seeker-1
Looker's-1
Bubble coat-1
Bebe's-2
Communication-2
Sage's training-2
Collector-3
Expert belt-3
Seeker-3
Pokemon rescue-3
BTS-3
Super Scoop Up-4

The strategy is simple get 3 karps in the discard to get gyarados doing 90 damage with no energy or 110 with belt to ko almost everything. Ditto is for mirror match and mew prime for lost gar match up.

Well I would change a few things on that list...
First, it seems like you couldn't decide whether to play Mewdos or normal Gyarados. One sngle Mew without Psychic Energy only helps you when Lostgar sends away Gyarados from your hand, so you are very dependent on your opponent's actions and specifically in bo3 when your opponent knows you play Mew, he won't walk right into that trap.
So I think you could either add another Mew, 2 Psychic Energy and 1 or 2 Cyrus for consistency, or just let it be and run straight Gyarados.

Also, single Bubble coat in Gyarados seems nice against Luxchomp but you'll notice that without constant drawing cards you'll rarely have this one card right in the situation whn you need it. So, here also play more or none of it.

2 Regice can discard all 3 Magikarp in one turn and it's nice not to need an Azelf drop but you don't want to start with it and in my experience 1 is way enough. Same goes for Azelf, you just don't need those two. Even if 2 Karps are prized, you play one Azelf, pick the first Karp thanks to the power and then the other one as soon as you get your first prize. Every prize constellation that goes further than this belongs to the "ok now it's doomed anyway" category, so don't try to cover that at the cost of your deck's consistency. Oh, and with 2 Unown Q you'll even more easily get donked.

Apart from that, the list looks pretty okay, but I see that you need an Expert Belt every time you want to OHKO an SP. Long story made short: that's bad. Luxchomp, or more precisely Luxray, is very unpredictable in some ways and can give you the onehit almost anytime, no matter if you have Belt attached or not. Therefore you should run the Crobat engine or at least some Pluspowers. I prefer Crobat cause it also gives you free retreat.
