Strategy:
1. Gyarados
Gyarados is the main attacker. It can use Flail when its HP is low, and Enrage to attack the opponent's hand.
2. Milotic
Milotic's Sharing can borrow 1 of your opponent's Supporters once per turn. Pretty handy if they use Castaway.
3. Xatu
Xatu's Psycho Shift removes Confusion from Gyarados and puts it on the opponent. Sniping attack is good.
4. Windstorm
Gets rid of Cessation Crystal, and Buffer Piece
5. Chingling
Chingling gets a Supporter every turn
6. Chimecho
When evolved from Chingling, it gets 3 cards per turn.
7. Jolteon *
Damages the opponent, and triggers Flail
8. Unown E
Increases Gyarados's HP by 10
9. Tropius
Removes Confusion from Gyarados
10. Castaway
Handy to get an Energy, a Tool, and a Supporter
11. Scott
Gets 3 Supporters
12. Celio's Network
Gets any Pokemon, very nifty
13. Holon Mentor
Helps get basics, can get Jolteon * and Tropius
14. Night Maintenance
Gets KO'ed Pokemon back
15. Warp Point
Heals Confusion, Gyarados has high retreat, messes up opponent
16. Strength Charm
Adds 10 damage, helps for the KO
17. Buffer Piece
Can save from a KO
18. Island Hermit
Draw power, reveals prizes
19. Water Energy
Dragon Rage, Enrage
20. Psychic Energy
Mind Bend, Energy Singe
21. Holon Energy WP
Protects Gyarados from effects, free retreat
22. DRE
Flare, Dragon Rage, Dig Under, Double Edge, Energy Singe, Enrage
23. Scramble
Flare, Double Edge, really handy for an Enrage comeback
24. Fighting Energy
Dig Under, Double Edge

Ow, my eyes they burn!!! No spacing... can't read enough... Not a long enough attention span...
Just kidding. =P

Just some advice, put more of each pokemon you put in instead of lots of different pokemon, less energies (About 16 - 18) more trainers. Hope that helps. =D
