i'd probably run lunatone over regice. 1 retreat, and you can discard without having to fulfill anything. but if your not running cyclones at all then keep regice otherwise your gonna have to run through warp points getting it out of the way.

Why why why are you playing warp energy? No good. 3 Time Space Distortion? no need with 4 rescues. Drop all 3 for 1 night maintenance, a 4th bebe's and 1 Cynthia's feelings. Drop a crobat as well. 2 bat's and 4 poketurns is enough. I'd squeeze bucks in somehow because you'll quite often have a full bench and not be able to throw a 2nd or 3rd crobat down. Devoluter? I guess, why not. Not going to do anything for you, I'd use the space for a more valuable card.

3 crobat, through testing, is needed IMO, 3 TSD was bad thinking on my part. I like 2 for getting back more stuff. cyclone nrg is a free prize every time you use it pretty much. and i meant cyclone not warp nrg.
