PCI wouldn't allow the WC symbol, Pokemon Trading Card Game, or any other trademarked logos to be used on a mass produced, commonly seen at tournaments playmat if it were custom and unlicensed. If you don't want to trade, that's fine, but you can also buy this year's worlds mat for $60 all day long. The Arceus sleeves and 4x RH DCE are $62 in value (4x $13 and $10 respectively). Exactly how much value are trying to get out of these playmats?

that mewtwo mat was NOT officially produced; someone took the world's 2006 art (wallpaper image, perhaps?) and made playmats with it.
i've seen the same thing done with last year's windsurfing pikachu worlds art, put on different products...=/
