My thinking: As far as dollar value goes, the Crystal Type cards are quite valuable. In comparison, Donphan Prime has gone for anywhere from $3.50 to $10 with a healthy midrange price of $6-ish.

I think the most valuable card on your side of that deal is actually the Dialga. I'd be willing to nix that or the Gengar for some DCE or good trainers, perhaps. Let me know what you think about all this.

I know the demand for Luxray is absurd, but what are they being valued at now? Wondering if I'd have better luck with RR boxes haha.

Anyway, as far as Scizor goes, I'd want some combination of Donphan(s) and Spiritombs, maybe with a Regice or Trainers or something. ERL/Gengar/Steelix could possibly be involved in a larger deal, if that's what we settle on.

According to Ebay, Espeon & Donphan are about even in price. What site do you go off of for pricing?

My reference for these was Ebay completed listings.

All the Espeons that have sold thus far have gone for $9 or more, while just 3 out of 30+ Donphans sold have gone for that price.

Most of the Donphans there have gone in the $5-7 range (not counting shipping, of course).

All this adds up to Espeon being worth more than a 1-for-1 with Donphan. That trade would need either add-ins on the Donphan side, or two Donphans and add-ins on the Espeon side.
