They are french, but they were only ever printed in french, which makes them pretty cool. They are pretty difficult to get ahold of!
I tend to value it at around $16. I value it a tiny bit higher than normal since I won it myself and it was my first real tournament win.
I saw Magmortar X and Absol X.
I don't suppose you happen to have any Kyurem PLF, Thundurus-EX promo, Deoxys-EX promo or Lugia-EX promo unlisted?
