The card isnt peeling, but looks like it has bumps or something. Like a pimple. Idk what to call it. Lookat the image closely
 
No, I don't really know how to explain. The card's outer frame (which is yellow like every other card) is holo. The holo looks like it's peeling off, but it's not. Only the top left and bottom left corner has very minor peeling.

Dark Porygon2 is in mint condition! The back side has a few white specs, but from there. It's fine!
