1. US ONLY I will only ship out of country if you cover the up to 8$ to ship. Shipping overseas is pricey

3. I ship everything in a bubble rap envelope or a reguler nice envelope with a top loader.
4. Paypal only I prefer it to be sent as a gift so no charges happen
