Have There Been Any Pokemon Cards Won In Prerelease Tournaments?

Years ago when Ruby & Sapphire came out, prerelease winners won a box. That soon stopped due to the ease of cheating at prereleases held during the second week.
Prereleases used to have exclusive promos that you got for participating in the prerelease. These exclusive promos have been replaced by they Build & Battle promos.

Happy to say. Scarlet and Violet prerelease today, I rec'd a Hawlucha Black Star promo card 007 in my build and battle box which is not on the card list.
Doesn't say Prerelease but it does have the Scarlet and Violet print bottom left corner.
I dunno if everybody would count this but it is nice to see

The last prerelease where winners won a box was the "ex Fire Red Leaf Green" set in 2004.
Source: I won an FRLG prerelease and won a box. The next set that came out was Team Rocket Returns, and I won a prerelease for that one too and received a boxtopper secret rare Charmeleon, while being informed that they had stopped giving boxes to the winner.
