Yes there have been World participation promos (which is the reason why i stopped collecting promos) and World winner cards (i think T4 got these)

iam from the old days back like world championships 2005, so i hope you dont mind me asking, what are those participation promos? never heard of those, i only remember the set of nine cards, the staff cards and the cards like top-sixteen, quarterfinalist and so on...gosh, i feel like an old Omanyte x D

okay, so they are still the same cards they used to be days back, my first thought was they give out another promo beside the known ones. i still own some old ones but haven't followed the championships actively any more
