I have the basic Keldeo/Blastoise setup but its so inconsistent I have deck tested and when it works its game over in no time, here is my setup and at the end ill list what problems i encounter.

Strategy: Basic Keldeo Blastoise setup, beef up Keldeo and KO everything in sight. Use Mewtwo EX as backup.

Pokemon: 13
4x Squirtle BC
1x Wartortie BC
3x Blastoise BC
3x Keldeo EX
1x Mewtwo EX
1x Kyurem NVI

T/S/S: 35
4x Professor Juniper
2x Colress
3x N
2x Bianca
1x Cilan
3x Skyla
4x Energy Retriveal
4x Pokemon Catcher
4x Rare Candy
4x Ultra Ball
1x Heavy Ball
1x Level Ball
1x Computer Search
1x Super Rod

Energy: 12
12x Water

Issues:
-Once My Keldeo is KO energies are gone.
-I draw into more item trainers that are best used after something dies.
-Energy draw inconsistent
-Starting hand is usually Keldeo EX and trainers with no use.
-Bianca is more useless than helpful but still needed?

Any ideas on tweaks to get around these problems? There are cards im not aware of, this skeleton is based on what is most commonly used for this deck.

I do have Lugia EX and Articuno (PLasma) but i need to move in some PLasma energies which im stumped on what to pull out for everything

Personally i would get 4 skylas and cut back to 2 each of the other supporters. Maybe one less laser as well. And swap 2 energy retrievals for super energy retrieval. And id add more water energy. Keldeo blastoise works because you never have an energy shortage (and of course keldeos rush in ability). Skyla lets you get the card you need when you need it which is so important in this set up

I would get rid of Cilan for 2 more Skyla. Cilan doesn't really do anything but get energy and waste your supporter for the turn. You should also take out the lasers for another ultra ball and 2 N.
-2 Cilan
-3 Hypnotoxic Laser
+2 Skyla
+1 Ultra Ball
+2 N

i dont have super energy retrievals so ill hunt some down and give it a try.

Cilan has saved me i know he kills the supporter but when i have those zero energy hands he gets keldeo up and running. i can take out 1 since i dont have 2 Ns. I have one. I thought about taking out the lasers so ill try your suggestion with skyla and ultra ball

2 keldeo ex
1 latias ex
212 blastoise
1 sigilyph
202 gallade
1 ditto
1 durant
2 pachirisu or cilan
2 emolga

2 potion
1 energy retrieval
2 pokemon communication
2 superior energy retrievals
1 hugh
2 prof juniper
2 cheren
2 colress
1 escape rope
4 skyla
4 rare candy
1 rescue scarf
1 rock guard

12 water
2 fire
2 psychic

If you're going with Keldeo Blastoise, I'd suggest trying a couple Black Kyurem EX (Black Ballista). OHKOs can be devastating especially when you get your energy back, but I'd use more skyla (3 or 4) and take out Bianca for more N or Juniper. Take out lasers, put in a super rod and tropical beach (if you have it) and other staple cards. I used to run Keldeo Blastoise with Black Kyurem EX, so I speak from experience

I feel your deck is too all over the place, you seem to have a similar idea but you added a few different types which seems to not be what im looking for

I did manage to grab a Black Kyurem EX in a trade. (still waiting for it to come in) and i just purchased a box of plasma storm so hopefully i pull one there. I will update my list above with the current modifications.

i think that hank hills deck needs to be more consistent. for example instead of 1 Mewtwo EX try 2. and thicken up the blastoise line. try to cut out the Wartortle rare candys are faster.

I recently got my little brother into pokemon and made him a blastoise/keldeo/black kyruem deck and it actually runs extremely well! I can give you the list if you want! What i would do is -3 energy retrival, +3 superior energy retrival.
-1 level, -1 heavy, -1 bianca, +3 floatstone. Discarding 2 cards late game is not to bad for the fact you can get 4 energy back =]
