I want to try Steelix again. Not in Truth, but a healix version. so I will attack with steelix getting him powered up with his first attack. I have the Klinklang that will move :metal: around, that way I can move it off Steelix to someone else and use Max potion. I have Darkrai EX in there to take advantage of Rainbow energy and giving free retreat. It's a fun deck and I will probably only play it at battle roads, but any suggestions would appreciated. I am not sure if I want N or Sage's

play shaymin instead and run super scoop it'll be a better play over a stage 2 pokemon

No way! Then he wouldn't be able to play max potion effectively. Theres a pretty good deck running around with Klinklang and EXs that never lets your opponent take a prize unless they are hitting for weakness. Google "Klinklang EX" for ideas.
If you're playing the new Klink and Klang all of your pokemon(except darkrai ex) will have 3 retreat and can use heavy ball effectively. I'd reduce your level ball and heavy ball count by 1 and thicken your klinklang line up. You might also consider playing more darkrai and maybe a water type like KyuremEX so you can hit pesky fire pokemon for weakness
