Hello, I am very new here. I used to play this card game over five years ago when it first came out and never really gotten to involved with serious tournament play. I was hoping that I could get back into the game but this time playing it at the tournament level. Could someone, if it is not too much to ask, help me with a few deck lists that do well in the current meta? I am going to be at Gencon so I was thinking about playing there, so help would be very much appricated. Also, the format I am hoping to play is Modified, which I heard is going to be changing soon. Thanks.

Hi all. I may never play the Pokemon TCG because there don't seem to be many other players of my age in my area; but I got interested in it because I play Magic: The Gathering and heard that Wizards of the Coast used to publish the Pokemon TCG. From there I got into the GBA and DS games.
 
In it for the little ones...

I have 4 kids.. 3 play Pokemon (and so do I). Always looking for tips, etc... Also looking for players near us in Cincinnati. I have found no stores supporting league play. :(

Yo.
I came back into the game this past may. I had stop playing back around when the ruby/sapphire pokemon came out because all of my friends started playing Yu-gi-oh. *disturbed shutter* My love for pokemon was renewed with the help of my friend and the diamond and pearl set.
