4 Rampardos
3 Cranidos
4 Skull Fossil
3 Uxie
2 Claydol
2 Baltoy
1 Unknown G
2 Crobat G

4 Pokedex
4 Poké Drawer +
4 Rare Candy
3 Poke Turn
4 Fossil Excavator
3 Bebe’s Search
2 Roseanne's Research
3 Broken Time-Space
1 Night Maintenance

11 [F] Energy

The idea behind this deck is get Rampardos out turn 1, or at the least 2 and start KOing Pokémon to fast for you opponent to setup. The Unknown G is for keeping Claydol safe, Crobat G’s for getting more KOs and against things like Toxicrok G.

I’m also thinking about putting a 1-0-1 Machamp line for Dialga G Lv.X if so What should I take out.

Tell me your thoughts about my deck please.

Thanks!

well you dont need 3 bts and 4 candies if you have a 4-3-4 pardos line.

soooo take out

1 candy. 1 bts

+ the machamp line you wanted

that's kind of counter-productive, because running a dialga counter that can't be used if they deafen is 2 useless cards. i'd take out a poketurn for the machoke. but Dialga will be a hard match no matter what simply because deafen makes you unable to play your fossils.

You need Relicanth from great encounters. It lets you get 3 of your fossils out of your deck and the same time.

Relicanth can be a solution to getting past Deaen for a turn or two. Its attack puts Relicanth and their Defending Pokemon to sleep.

One problem with Relicanth is that they go into your hand. Good but not if you are being Deafened.

Hey Jim,

Great point!!! Didn't think of that!! Good luck to you guys this weekend. I will be helping at the Ga Regional so I won't be playing. Brandon will be playing though.

Hey Ken,
Good luck to you guys too. At least the boys won't be seeing each other in the early rounds!!

Grafton stopped playing Rampy once he saw the rise in Dialga. Good deck against the other G decks but Dialga could cause some problems.

I told one of the kids at league that if he really wanted to play it to put in the Relincath and then later that night he came up to me and showed me that they went into the hand. OOps...oh well.

I would play a 3-1-3-1 Machamp. Because if your playing against G you will get Deafen locked and that will cost you,and you wont be able to get your fossils out. I would take out 2 crobats,3 Poketurn,2 Fighting energys and 1 BTS for 3-1-3-1 Machamp tech,or you can play 2-1-2 If you want.

But the Skull Fossil says when you play it, it counts as a pokemon. or is that after you play it?

No, it is a trainer, that plays down as a Pokemon. If Dialga uses Deafen, you can't put it on your bench.

This deck needs 1-0-1 Machamp. You could pull it out when they don't expect it and just sweep all of those pesky G Pokemon.
