BW-on Help Needed for Articuo Ex/Garbodor

Well lets start with the list:

The main point of the deck is to use Emolga to get trubbish and Articune Ex out and set up Garbodor and frost prison to lock the opponent so they can't attack or use their ablities. I chose scramble switch as my ace spec so I can instantly charge up another Articuo Ex. I also put a single escape rope to use as a 5th catcher.
I would just like some help and others opinions on the deck before regionals. Thanks for the help.

If you do it right you can KO their Pokemon at the end of their turn with poison. Then they have you can immediately lock the next Pokemon they bring up.

You have to have tools on Garbodor to lock ablities so these changes won't really work

For your deck to be as fast as possible, and not getting bad starts here is what i'd reccomend and for better consistancy:

-2 Recycle
+1 Emolga
+1 Ultra Ball

or

-2 Recycle
+2 Emolga

You can always use the emolga's at later point in the game for discard with ultra ball or dowsing machine.

I have been playing with this deck on PTCGO for awhile now, and although our lists differ a bit (mine is a bit inconsistent as it stands), I find that having Rocky Helmet instead of Giant Cape a huge boon to getting KOs at critical points in the match. After the opponents Tool Scrapper(s) are used, having a RH on your Arti's will help get the Paralyze KO on opposing EXs, as well punish your opponent if they attack a Garbodor. Just an idea. I also run 2 lasers for help with stalling or getting that extra damage as well.

I think the inclusion of Lugia EX is too good to pass up. I personally like a 3-2 Garbador line with 3 Rescue Scarf. I like 1 Giant Cape, 1 Eviolite, and 1 Rocky Helmet for diversity depending on the matchup. I think a max on Colres machine is a MUST. The list itself can get away with 12 Supporters or 10 Supporters with the Bike engine(which is faster). Your energy is very decent, I think you could get away with 12 for more space, but it is tricky and you would have to play your energy JUST right.

I do NOT think you need Folded as a supporter here, the goal should be small field to prevent casualties of catcher and wasteful energy drops. This is where your trainer line could be.
