I've play tested and played against a few decks, and I gotta say it hasn't lost even to Machamp.
THE CARDS & STRATEGY
All cards CAN attack in this deck, the most favorable is Toxicroak G, if you have Skuntank G and Galactic HQ it works VERY well and not to mention the card Energy Gain very useful and you can easily get a T1 knock out.
Crobat G is for that extra useful 1 damage counter and free retreat for example, Toxicroak has high damage counters? Poke turn send out Crobat replay Toxicrock with Energy Gain and a
sychic: energy and you can hit for another base 60 excluding the poison from Skuntank AND Crobat's power.
Honchkrow here is more for support then offense, don't get me wrong it can easily attack, Honchkros let's you get Power Spray and Poke Turn which is VERY useful considering Power Spray is useful in this format against all of the poke powers. You want to activate Claydols affect? NOPE! Samne goes for AMU, Regigigas ETC.
Weavile is like a weaker Rose's get 2 SP Pokemon and put them on your bench while you CAN hit for 70 damage for 2-3 energy depending if you have energy gain attached
Houndoom is also very useful especially against those pesky Torterra decks, again 1 energy for 20 damage plus weakness and add in Skuntank and/Crobat can go to 20-60 danage whilst the defending Pokemon can not retreat or use poke-powers, while it's 2nd attack is probably the main reason to use it 2 energy for 60 isn't bad nor the best but considering if Toxicroak was just knocked out you at least can fall back on him.
Great Ball is very useful in this deck, why? You can grab ANY Pokemon you need from the deck and same goes for Rose.
Marley's Request is very useful due to the non supporter cards overflowing in this deck.
Power Spray is a mandatory, considering Claydol, Azelf, Uxie ETC.
Poke Turn is prehaps the main benefit of this deck and add so much fun and strategy to this deck.
Cyrus's Conspiracy is pretty much self explains itself.
Team Galactic's HQ is also mandatory in this deck to also activate Skuntank G's effect, when you consider it if you're playing Machamp this card already cripples it from the start and it has asychic: weakness, what else is there to say?
Moonlight Stadium I thought could add a nice touch in those hard situations when you can't afford to pay for a retreat cost.
Vs Match Up's
Machamp:
People say this is the worst match up, this isn't true, considering Toxicroak hits for 60 + weakness which is then 90 and the 10 damage between turns goes to 100 and if needed you just send out Crobat G, seems implausible right? No, in the matter of fact this is an easy 1 turn set up.
So depedning on your opponents deck this is a fair match up.
Torterra:
torterra can be harder unless you fully utilize Houndoom, and scorch the deck before it becomes fully powered adn toxicroak doesn't hurt to use that either.
Scizor/Cherrim:
Same with Torterra, may be harder but it's easy to pull off.
