Dunno what you'd take out for it, maybe juniper (i hate that card, so biased) but you probably need +1 collector and a few junk arms. I'm not so sure that I like pichu in this deck, tbh, either.

I took out pichu and made room for a junk arm and another collector. I dont really feel comfortable running less than 2 juniper.

I also am running a Blastoise deck, and these are my suggestions based on my experience:

-1 Elm
-1 E. Retrieval
-1 DCE

+1 Fisherman
+2 Twins

Then again, these are just suggestions. I added Twins just in case one of your Squirtle/Totodile get picked off, or if your opponent hits Delibird for a quick prize. I personally enjoy Fisherman because he brings 4 v. 2 energy, even if it is at the cost of your Supporter. I took out Elm because I found him to be much less helpful than originally anticipated. In addition, 2 DCE is the best way to go, IMO. With Gatr pushing those energy to your Blastoise you will be using those much more than DCE.

Like I said, just suggestions :)
