POKEMON- 19
3-3 Eel
1 Darkrai EX
1 Raikou EX
2 Zapdos
3-2-3 Hydreigon
1 Cleffa

SUPPORTERS- 12
4 Collector
3 Sage's
2 PONT
2 N
1 Juniper

TRAINERS- 14
4 Junk Arm
3 Rare Candy
2 Communication
2 Catcher
2 Switch
1 Level Ball

ENERGY- 15
11 Lightning
4 Special Dark

All the pokemon in this deck have a snipe attack, which is abused to no extent. So just snipe snipe snipe. Considerations:
-DCE to help out Zapdos and Hydreigon.
-Zebstrika for trainer lock and better starter
-Dark patch and Dark Claw, because why not?
-Better starters. Perhaps Zekrom or something of the sort.

Any and all ideas are welcome!

I think the dark energies are going to ruin your consistency. Try taking them out for the DCEs it will power up your attackers faster. Also, take out the Darkrai EX for at least 1 Skyarrow Bridge.

The reason Darkrai is in there is in there is not only for the retreat, but for the attack as well. I'll test it both ways though and see how it works. I get what you're saying about the energies, and when I'm testing with Skyarrow, I'll also test with DCE. Thanks for the advice! =D

About your "Considerations:" - Dark Patch will not have an effect. It only works for basic Darkness energies. I'm not sure about Zekrom, you'd have to test it.

About the deck - I don't know about Cleffa in there: yes, it gives you a hand refresh, but so do PONT and Juniper. After maybe the first 2 turns, it is Catcher bait. With only one in your deck, your chance of getting it that early is very low. You could do -Cleffa +PONT/Juniper/Level Ball. PONT strictly for hand refresh, Juniper for hand refresh and getting energy in the discard, or Level Ball to get either Eel, Deino, or Zweilous. One possibility is -Darkrai EX -4 Darkness energy, +2/3 DCE +2/1 Skyarrow +1 PONT/Juniper/Level Ball, but that takes out the main point of your deck as it is now.

dce makes hydragon have free retreat and al other energies because it changes them to darks giving it free retreat

I have been testing this deck with all considerations you guys have given me. It doesn't seem to work as well as intended. (meaning my deck, not your considerations, you guys have helped a lot) I have another snipe idea that I'm working on right now that is doing better than this one. That you for all of the input though you guys! It really has helped!
